The moment we’ve all been waiting for, both guests and staff alike, a warm welcome back to the restaurant!
Moving forward on Tuesday, May 26th we will have indoor and outdoor seating available and will be operating on a first come first served basis. We will also offer call ahead seating, whether it’s a larger party or to minimize your wait! Due to possibility for weather and limited seating we cannot accept future reservations.
1. Safety in Service
We hold your safety as a high priority. We have spaced the tables and chairs according to social distancing standards met by the state and the CDC. We have also studied and implemented all of the guidelines published by the CDC. In addition to the current guidelines, we are taking the extra step in staff training and education. We are currently working on getting the staff Covid-19 Serv Safe certified which not only ensures that important guidelines are met but are clearly understood by our staff members.
2. Menu (New and improved!). We are lucky to have a new chef here at Libby’s, Shawn Weinbender, as you may have seen in our post last week. Although we have had a limited menu for carryout, he has help cultivate what our menu once was and what it will be in the future. This menu may not be a final draft but it is definitely a solid outline with the best southern comfort food. Along with the new menu offerings we are also working hard on our drink list! You will be seeing sneak peaks of menu items to come and they will not disappoint!
3. Curbside and Carryout We will still be offering take out food and drink orders! Whether it’s the whole bird or slushees to go, we have you covered! We will have a designated area in the restaurant for pick up and we also offer curbside service!
